My name is Jean-Paul Gagnon. I am, as of October, 2009, an International Postgraduate Research Scholar (the Australian version of a Fulbright) and an Australian Post-Graduate Award recipient soon to be finishing a PhD in political science with Queensland University of Technology. Furthermore, I am also the founder and director (for over the past three years) of the international non-governmental organization Mitigating Endemic Democratic Problems, or MEDP (www.med-p.org) which is the real-word body of my doctoral work. I am 24 years old.
